Huh? That's not original Volvo! Nope, isn't indeed, this is an electric mirror once part of a Daihatsu Applause. But fits with some work nicely on my car.

The dash, again. Almost finished, about only the wiring is left to do.

The door panel again. I started to glue the glowstring along the side of the armrest.

As my nice hella grille didn't fit in so nice, and the original volvo grille didn't have big lights built in, I decided I wanted the best of both. So, out with
the saw, and cut both to size. Bit of glue, and both remains are joined in a happy marriage ;-)

And after some filler, and more glue, and more filler, and primer, and more filler, and even more primer, this is the result: a smooth but horribly yellowish grille.
Now it's waiting until I have enough money for a decent can of black paint :-(

One of the A-styles, with some polyestre and fabric modifications. Hope this'll work out as nice as I want it to...

The triangles that will cover the mounting points of the mirrors from the inside, freshly painted and with the spots I made myself mounted on it.
Interested? Here is the tutorial to make it yourself.

The mirror again, with the PUR fitting I made for it. Definately needs some finishing with polyestre.

My newest addition: rear window panel. Extremely rare here in Holland, I consider myself really lucky.

A mirror triangle again, with decent connector. I will use loads of this kind of connector in the car.
