picture This is the bottom side of one sillprotector, and the side of the other. As you can see, I routed the cable for the lighting along the side, and then under the strip. There I taped it tight, so it won't move anymore.

picture Whoa!!! A hole in the panel! Yes, that was meant to be like this, there will be a piece of plastic in there, with the switches of the electric windows in it. Of course, that will be lit from underneath, so as to get a nice glow through the panels. Don't mind the dust, by the way.

picture The door panel again, now with the first piece of fake leather attached to the bottom side, and the hole for the speakerring cut out. Slowly, the whole thing starts to look like something.

picture In the not-so fery-useful part of the speaker space, I attached the inverter for the neonstring which will be glowing on my doorpanels in the end. Also, I mounted 6 blue LED's, which are to give my transparent map holder a nice blue glow at night. I hope. In the lower left part of the photo you can just see the start of a strip which will light the ground when the door is opened.

picture The left door panel, with some blue fake-leather on the arm rest. Gives a good impression on how it is going to look.

picture The right door panel, with the transparent piece cut out and temporarily placed on it. The protecting sheets are still in place, hence the ugly white-ish with pink markings look. But it gives a nice idea about how I thought of it. On this picture you can also see the ground-lighting strip of which I spoke two photo's back.

picture The panel from a different angle, here you can also see how the panels for the window-switches are going to be placed.

picture The neon string which will be glued along the armrest and the speaker-enclosure. Originally meant for in a computer, but I am sure it will do fine in my car. (sharkoon is a quality mark for computer tweaking accessories)

picture My new pedals, or actually pedal covers, with blue light. Bought them at Full Speed Zwolle '04. These will be mounted in the car, but just not yet, as I am waaay to busy with too many other things, and I might damage them unnecessarily.

picture I have been shopping at a sound materials shop, with this as a result: dampening material, in total some 80 kgs. Heavy ;-)
